We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:

To initiate a return or exchange:

Please do not send back any item without prior approval.
3. Refund Policy

4. Exchange Policy

We offer size and design exchanges, subject to stock availability.

If the item requested is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or suggest alternatives.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong or defective product? We’re so sorry!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong/damaged item).
